As the year draws to a close, the Cambria team took the time to enjoy some well-earned time together. Our festive gathering at The Duchess of Delhi in Cardiff Bay offered the perfect setting to relax, reflect on the year gone by and celebrate everything the team have achieved across the past year.
The evening was filled with lively conversation and laughter, helped along by a menu packed with flavour. One of the evening’s highlights was taking a moment to celebrate Andy Michael, our Ty Hafan 3 peaks driver, with a birthday surprise. A cake, candles and plenty of good wishes made it a memorable moment and a lovely reminder of the personal connections that sit at the heart of our team.
We were also delighted to welcome Wynn James, one of Cambria’s retired Directors, who joined us for the celebrations. Reconnecting with Wynn was a wonderful reminder of the strong foundations Cambria is built on and the lasting relationships that continue long after roles change or careers move on.
As the night went on, the celebrations continued in different directions. Some of the team headed out to make the most of Cardiff’s nightlife, while others made their way to the Utilita Arena to see Squeeze and Madness bring their classic hits to life – rounding off the evening with great music and an electric atmosphere.
The evening was a fitting way to close out the year – bringing together good food, good music and of course the best company. A huge thank you to all who joined us and helped make it such a memorable and enjoyable occasion. We’re already looking forward to what the year ahead has in store.
