Cambria Consulting were the appointed engineers for Ysgol Dafydd Llwyn Primary School, Newtown.

A new 300 pupil Welsh Medium Junior School is located within the site boundary of the existing Newtown High School replacing the existing Ysgol Dafydd Llywd Primary School facility creating one of a new generation of energy efficient schools where the reduction of carbon emissions and sustainable development is the main driving force; with emphasis on passive energy sources.

Cambria provided the full Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering services for this prestigious Welsh Medium School in the heart of Wales. The team worked closely together to produce a BIM 3D model of the work using Revit to best co-ordinate the structural and M&E works.
