In our experience most of a development’s construction risk is “in the ground” and this is closely followed by the risk of additional costs or delays arising from the need to secure approvals from statutory authorities. We know of Clients who have spent significant sums on extensive site survey works but still failed to secured the desired approvals or been able to effectively control the abnormal risks to the project. Our strategy is to always adopt a measured, step by step approach which means the site survey works are always limited and targeted to the site in question. We can then deliver solutions tailored to securing the required approvals at minimum cost.
