Cambria had the absolute pleasure of being invited to Keir’s Annual Cricket competition on Friday 7th July. We arrived at St. Fagan’s cricket pitch with the beautiful sun shining and the goal of winning the tournament. We started it off bowling straight through Lawray for the win in our first match. However, that’s where our luck ended when we went up against McCanns in our second match and were sadly knocked out of the competition. Our spirits weren’t low for long as after heading back to the cricket club we got to fill our bellies with some delicious hog roast and watch McCanns and Stride Treglown battle it out in the final. The day ended with Kier saying a few words before finally announcing McCanns as being ultimate champions. Well done McCanns!
Thank you Kier for the invite and we hope to see you all again next year!
