Cambria Consulting Regional Sponsor for Women in Property Student Award for a second year

June 2nd, 2017

In February 2017 at the RICS offices in Park Place Cardiff, Cambria Director Wynn James sat on the judging panel for the Women in Property South Wales Branch Student Award.  In good Company with Leigh Hughes of Bouygues, Jonathan Smart of Cushman & Wakefield, Nicola Jones of Gleeds – the judges set out via interviews to seek out the most talented female students studying built environment courses, which can include planning to surveying, architecture to engineering, project management to property finance, so a broad spectrum of disciplines.

Aiming to raise the bar, by questioning and challenging the students to really evaluate their subject, how they hope to progress towards a career and help them develop the skills they will need along the way.

The judges felt that deciding on the winner was very tough as all the contenders were of such a high standard.  The winner will be announced at the Award Ceremony being held at The Angel Hotel, Cardiff on 1 June 2017.
