This week the Cambria girls met with Nicola Davies of Chwarae Teg to talk about the Career Development Programme for women. The programme is delivered by Chwarae Teg and fully funded by the European Social Fund and Welsh Government.
The programme will take place over ten weeks with a days training every fortnight and participants will have to also complete three assignments over the duration of the course with help from their personal development partner.
The programme is designed for women from all backgrounds, ages and stages to gain knowledge, confidence and skills to support their confidence and development in the workplace.
At the end of the programme the women will gain a qualification accredited from the world renowned Institute of Leadership & Management.
